Policies

1. Attendance & Participation Policy Participants must register for all programs, classes, and workshops in advance. Attendance is required for all enrolled sessions unless prior notice is given. Participants who miss more than 2 sessions in a paid program may be removed without refund (unless special circumstances are communicated).

 

2. Payment & Service Fee Policy Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted through approved methods listed on our website (PayPal, CashApp, card, invoice, etc.). Late payments may delay access to services, coaching, or classes.

 

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy Refunds are handled according to the following guidelines: Workshops & Classes Refunds allowed if cancellation is made 48 hours before the event. No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations. If Destiny Fulfilled cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward another class. Programs (4–8 week courses, bootcamps, mentorship programs) Participants may request a refund within 3 days of program start. No refunds after the first week of programming. If a participant drops out after the refund window, all remaining program fees become non-refundable. One-on-One Coaching Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No refund for missed or late sessions. Merchandise or Materials (if applicable) All digital products are non-refundable. Physical items must be returned unopened within 7 days for a refund.

 

4. Program Conduct & Behavior Policy To keep a respectful and safe environment, participants agree to: Treat all staff, volunteers, and peers with respect Avoid disruptive behavior during workshops Refrain from harassment, bullying, or discrimination Follow facilitator instructions Failure to abide by these rules may result in removal from the program without refund.

 

5. Confidentiality Policy All personal information shared during coaching, mentoring, or group sessions is confidential. Group members must agree not to share each other’s personal stories or information outside the program. Staff and volunteers are required to maintain confidentiality unless safety concerns require reporting.

 

6. Youth Safety Policy (if working with minors) All youth participants must have signed parental/guardian consent. Parents will be notified of attendance concerns or behavior issues. Staff and volunteers working with minors may undergo background checks.

 

7. Photo & Media Consent Policy Photos/videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying staff in writing before the event.

 

8. Communication Procedures All official communication is sent via email, text, or our website. Participants are responsible for checking communications for updates or schedule changes. Response times are typically within 24–48 business hours.

 

9. Accessibility & Accommodations Destiny Fulfilled aims to ensure accessible services. Participants may request: Payment plans Sliding scale fees Program accommodations Requests must be made before program start whenever possible.

 

10. Emergency or Unexpected Circumstances If a class or service is canceled due to emergencies (weather, illness, technical issues): Participants will receive rescheduled dates OR credit toward another program OR refund if no alternative is available
